WORKOUTS via our FITNESS APP
Everyone will receive access to our incredible app which will contain the workouts for the 6 weeks as well as other tools to help along this wellness journey. The app syncs to all major devices/other apps like the Apple Watch, Garmin, FitBit, MyFitnessPal, etc. You don’t need equipment to complete all of the home-based workouts. Or you could opt for the gym-based workouts…or both!
There is also an option for those who would like personalised workouts for a more tailored experience. -

NUTRITION PLAN/RECIPE BOOK
Registered Dietitian Taryn Stein has put together a phenomenal nutrition plan and recipe book that will be given to everyone who signs up. Additionally, she will be available for one-on-one consults for anyone who would want to take advantage of this service.
Note: the one-on-one consult is an additional fee. -

VIDEO CHATS WITH WELLNESS EXPERTS
The feedback from our last challenge is that our participants learned a lot of new practical information that they were able to incorporate into their daily lives.
Each week one of our wellness experts will lead a Zoom-based discussion in one of the following wellness areas: mental, physical, social, spiritual, financial, and nutritional. -

New friendships were made during our September challenge. Every time we run a challenge new connections are made between people in different parts of the world all with a similar mindset - to improve their wellbeing. You will be able to chat with other challengers in our app to share updates/progress, ask questions, to cheer each other on, or if you just simply want a positive wellness reminder.
